RELEASE PACKAGE & CONTRACT
We have found that for clarity it’s best everyone is open & clear right from the start. So we developed release packages that are simple & work perfectly with our contracts.

TRANSPARENT ARTIST ACCOUNTS
We are rolling out a new transparent system for releases on GROOVE GUSTO during 2025, whereby YOU, THE ARTIST, can log in anytime and see your release data.
Once the stores have paid our distributor, our artists released on GROOVE GUSTO will have the ability to get paid monthly. On the backend, everything is automated and transparent. WOW, no more chasing labels!
Unless…
… you prefer us to account to you manually, we do still offer this. Our accounts team does pay runs every 6 months, if that’s what you prefer.

Here at GROOVE GUSTO we have worked very hard to get the best deals for YOU the ARTIST.
Below we have currently two deals to release through us with more coming!
STANDARD RELEASE: 50/50% SPLIT ON ROYALTIES
PRO RELEASE: 80/20% SPLIT ON ROYALTIES 80% FOR THE ARTIST!
Unlike some labels. We feel the artist should keep their songwriting & publishing royalties.
The Royalty split is for the master recording. Some labels try to take both.
WE HAVE 2 RELEASE PATHS STANDARD at €0 upfront 50/50% on royalties & PRO €70 SEE BELOW 80/20%
It’s worth pointing out: We are a small Indie label team & don’t have unlimited funds / human resources, and prefer to be upfront about this!
If you are willing to share some of the financial risk by choosing our PRO contract on your release, it’s only fair that you get more in return.

NO UPFRONT FEE
You, the artist, retain 50% & 50% goes to the Label of royalties earned.
- Standard distribution release for a single track and one artist.
- This is for artist’s with existing profiles on stores and that don’t need the added boost & guidance of our PRO release service. Subject to the release schedule. The date is decided by our team, normally around 12 weeks from receiving your signed contract (sometimes less).
- Preferably, you will already have an Apple & Spotify profile, and a Beatport profile (if the release is electronic). You will need to create the artwork. If you don’t already have a profile, let us know and we can try to help.
- Released globally to all stores mentioned on this page.
- Potential later releases and remixes with our dance music partner labels at: 66Khz Audio
- Opportunity for re-releases on label compilations without you having to re-sign or do anything else
- We will create PRE-SAVE and RELEASE DAY videos/posts to our INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK channels.
- We will create a TikTok video & upload to our channels.
- We will create a YouTube video & upload to our channels.
- We will POST your release to our SoundCloud Channel.
- If the music is suitable for electronic music DJs. We will share your music with our partner DJ mailing list at 66Khz Audio, and they will repost it to their SoundCloud Channel.
- NO UPFRONT FEES, just the simple royalty split of 50/50%
- Each release is monitored closely. At our sole discretion, releases that do well may be considered for re-releases, compilations, remixes, collaborations with our sub-labels and rosters, and merch/vinyl releases.
- We will provide you with added marketing ideas and reminder mailouts that you can use on your side before the release goes live.
- *You may request a DOWNLOAD of the same videos, banners we use to promote to our channels to post on your own for the specific release at no extra cost.

RELEASE
The artist gets a huge 80% of the royalties & the label gets 20%
SAME GREAT DEAL AS STANDARD, BUT WITH ADDED PERKS…
- This package is great for those that require an extra push on their releases or don’t have the time to manage everything themselves.
- FASTER Release time 3–5 weeks. You can request the release date, or optionally we can do it for you (subject to our release schedule).
- Uploaded to our Partner Shopify store (all genres) & If its a dance release Beatport Hype push (Only Electronic music).
- NO MORE CHASING LABELS FOR INVOICES! You will get a dedicated artist login whereby you monitor and control the money owed to you. Here’s to the portal of the future 😊
- **PRO Track master done by a real engineer with a revision included so you can make changes – includes max 2 tracks (ONE RELEASE EP or single). (Normally £30 + VAT PER TRACK) And we don’t mind telling you how we did it so you can learn a few bits, how’s that for service? 😊
- We create the artwork & track descriptions for you. (Or you can use your own if you prefer). We will also generate hashtags based on your release, USP, & target market.
- The hashtags are generally trending & low competition keywords at the time of your release, with high traffic gathered using our in-house marketing systems & tools. The keywords are added to the posts and descriptions, and any web-based material, and you can of course use these for your own benefit.
- We will create a Spotify canvas for your release.
- We will create landing pages for the pre-save & release day promo of your release for you to post to your network. We also promote these landing pages as links when posting to our networks & socials.
- If the music is suitable for electronic music DJs. We will share your music with our partner DJ mailing list at 66Khz Audio, and they will upload & repost it to their SoundCloud Channel & Blog.
- We will post your release to our blog, and attempt to do so with other blogs (external blog support is out of our control as it’s at the site owner’s discretion)
- We will create a SOUNDCLOUD BANNER & POST your release to our SoundCloud Channel, with our landing page link to drive streams and sales, & add it to our Spotlight. BONUS: If the track is more electronic, 66Khz Audio will run a repost campaign to the track uploaded to their channel with the release landing page as a buy link.
- We will place your release on our Spotify playlist. (We run paid campaigns regularly to all our playlists).
- An industry contact rooting for you in your network.
Total €70 (One-time payment), and you keep 80% of the royalties 😊
OPTIONAL PERKS FOR A PRO RELEASE
**NOT MANDATORY (Some artists ask for a full mix & master, so we created a hot deal £79 + VAT full pro mix and master PER TRACK. Please ask if you are interested in this deal as it’s only available when booking this package). Also included is feedback on your track and what we did when mixing / areas you can improve.
ADDED EXPOSURE FOR NEW & ESTABLISHED ACTS
Your music release does not stop after release day; we continue to push your releases on your playlists, compilations, remixes and much more.
Another thing that sets us apart is our connections to other music outlets…
One of which is our relationship with 66Khz Audio and their network, they have access to Beatport and other dance stores specifically. Furthermore, with Beatport Hype access, they can get electronic music in front of store curators for potential features, as shown in the image above.
Further opportunities with them, if the music is a good fit, are as follows: collaborations, remixes and other artist support for those that are interested in getting electronic music versions of their music.
